Affordable Housing and Business Growth Drive $47.9 Million in Loans

The Development Finance Agency (AFD) approved $47.9 million in loans through February, fueling economic growth and expanding access to homeownership. Nearly half of the funds supported the housing sector, with 361 families securing financing for purchasing, building, or renovating homes.

Businesses also benefited, with $15 million allocated to industry and $10.6 million to commercial and service sectors. In total, 688 families and companies received financing, contributing to over 11,000 jobs.
