Paraguayan band Decibeles, led by Ramiro Leiva, is set to release its debut album Sé que puede ser. Originally formed in 2017, the band saw multiple lineup changes before Leiva took full creative control during the pandemic. Collaborating with drummer Bato Gaona and bassist Hugo Valiente, he transformed the project into a personal exploration of musical and personal growth.

Influenced by 60s and 70s rock, as well as 2000s garage rock, the album captures five years of songwriting and a deep sense of self-reflection. With 11 tracks, it embodies persistence and the drive to create despite setbacks. Leiva describes the record as a quest for identity and motivation, emphasizing that taking action is key to making things happen.

Sé que puede ser will be available on all streaming platforms following its official launch this Wednesday. (Source: UH)
