Starting Friday, February 7, the Paraguayan Athenaeum will host a weekly literary workshop, offering participants an opportunity to explore poetry and short fiction. Led by writer and visual artist Marcelo Gill, the sessions will take place every Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Athenaeum’s premises. The monthly fee is 300,000 guaraníes, and interested individuals can register via (0982) 474-991 or (021) 491-595.

The workshop will feature readings of national and international authors, with a focus on lyric poetry and short stories. Participants will engage in writing exercises, share their work, and receive constructive feedback. Gill, an award-winning writer and artist, has published short fiction, poetry, and comics, and his work has been featured in anthologies and exhibitions.

This workshop is an excellent opportunity for literature enthusiasts to refine their craft and connect with Paraguay’s literary scene. (Source: UH)
