Poultry Sector Sees Export Boom, Reaching $14 Million in 2024

Paraguay's poultry exports have experienced steady growth over the past five years, reaching $14 million in 2024 despite an 11.8% decrease in volume compared to 2023. Iraq remained the top destination, accounting for 27.9% of total exports, followed by Albania. The average price of poultry meat rose by 16.1%, with the highest increases in Ghana (48.8%) and Iraq (40.2%).
