Ruta de la Artesanía is a finalist for the Excellence in Tourism Award

Paraguay, known for its rich craftsmanship, showcases artistic diversity across its Departments. To promote this heritage, the Ruta de la Artesanía (RNA) program was created and has been named a finalist for the 2025 Excelencias Turísticas Award.

The RNA program supports the socioeconomic and cultural growth of artisan families by activating local craft circuits that connect communities with artisan workshops, gastronomy, and cultural attractions.

Established in 2005 by the Excelencias Group, the awards are judged by an international jury of experts in Tourism, Art, and Gastronomy. Final selection combines jury decisions and public online voting. (Source: UltimaHora)
