The National Congress Symphony Orchestra (OSIC) is set to open its 2025 International Official Season with an extraordinary concert, Musical Worlds: From Brahms to Guarania, at the Ignacio A. Pane Municipal Theater. Under the baton of Maestro Diego Sánchez Haase, the evening will blend universal and Paraguayan repertoire, featuring works by Johannes Brahms, Carl Augusto Nielsen, and José Asunción Flores, the creator of the Guarania genre.

The concert will highlight flutist Adriana Aquino as a guest soloist, performing a piece by Danish composer Carl Nielsen. The grand finale will showcase Brahms’ Symphony No. 4 in E minor, a masterpiece deeply influenced by the symphonic tradition of Beethoven and Bach.
